Hi, Silly question probably but my family and I are going to Hungary for 2 weeks over Christmas. I know it's cold and snowy and anticipate I might need to get us suitable footwear for the holiday. We will be walking around outside quite a lot checking out the sights. I'm originally British and we moved to a warm state in the US. I'm wondering what sort of winter footwear/boots are fashionable there? I'm painfully aware that America is not very stylish and I don't want us to look awful!! I'm hoping someone can advise me on European fashion for snow 😁

Either hiking boots or snow boots would work. In cold weather, it's not about fashion, it's about practicality.

I understand that. I was hoping for both 😁. I know Americans have a reputation for being unstylish when they are in Europe and I didn't want that to be me 😂
