single mum and two kids 6 and 7 looking for cheap seaside / nice country side holiday UK or abroad budget maximum £800 max £1000 include transportation, I know seems impossible. Any recommendations please

There's the TLH hotels in Torquay which have swimming pools, bowling, etc and could do something like 5 nights for 750 or so B&B plus some entertainment included. TLH Derwent has the pools in their building and bowling.
