Sardinia- where to stay?

I saw someone talk about Tertenia being lovely but what accommodation?
Id like an apt or a bungalow for 2 adults, no problem with a campsite bungalow either but would rather not go to a hotel.

Ive never been but we have great flights in Mid October if we can find somewhere to stay.

Airbnb, TripAdvisor, Booking all have holiday homes in Tertenia and also this site is good https://www.immobiliarenastasi.com/affitti.html. I've used them often but I can't vouch for their English as I speak Italian

Is there a resort with a nice beach and lovely restaurants within walking distance?

In Tertenia everything is a little spread out, you'd really need a car. There is a resort but it's too far to walk to the beach. You might find Santa Maria Navarrese suits you which has everything in walking distance. This is about 40km north of Tertenia, it's a lovey little village, I've stayed there several times.
