Do you mean Sejong? You can visit in spring or fall for pleasant weather. A week to ten days is ideal for a mix of friend time and sightseeing. Places to visit around Sejong are Sejong Lake Park, National Library, and museums https://www.sejong.go.kr/eng/sub03_0101.do You may also explore the neighboring cities like Daejeon and Gongju for historical sites and natural beauty.

Though there are already lots of attractions to visit in Sejong and neighboring cities, you might as well go to the other tourist destinations in SK https://gowithguide.com/korea to make your trip worthwhile.

I'm guessing you'll fly into Incheon Airport near Seoul so I would probably plan to stay at least 1 or 2 days at the beginning or end of your holiday. If you only have a day I'd focus on Gyeongbokgung Palace (time it for a changing of the guard) and Bukchon Village and then shopping in Myeong-dong.
Equally in Seoul or Sejong make sure you go to a Jjimjilbang or bathhouse and get a proper Koream scrub, it's full on but your skin will be the best it's ever been.
And the food, be open and prepared to try everything, it's a country of the most incredible food.

Download navermaps before you go as google maps is not very accurate.

Always search for restaurants in korean in order to get the best search results - and best food! 한식 = korean food. Korean restaurants tend to specialise in one dish, so decide what you want to try and then search for that specific type of restaurant.

Korea has amazing hiking trails if that's your thing. You will have easy access to mountains from anywhere in the country. If you are based in Sejong then do a day trip or an overnight hanok stay at Jeonju hanok village.

Transport is very easy. Seoul has a fantastic public transport system. There are trains and long distance buses between cities. Often you cannot buy train tickets or long distance bus tickets at the station with an international card, so bring cash or buy advance online.
