Adult only 5 star hotel Tenerife

Hi everyone

I'm hoping for some suggestions. I'm taking my 78 year old parents away for a treat next Jan as a thank you for all their support over the past few years - divorce, children difficulties.

It will just be me and them - I'm looking for a 5 star hotel in Tenerife for a week - somewhere easy to navigate ( they don't walk well ) and ideally in a nice resort - I've never been so a tad clueless .

I would be super grateful for any suggestions

Thanks in advance

A few years ago we stayed at the El Grand Mirador in Costa Adeje. Adults only, very quiet even in summer. Nice flat walking around the sea front

Iberostar El Grand Mirador is a great recommendation. It’s a fabulous hotel and you can get directly onto the promenade on Playa del Duque.

Costa Adeje has several flat and easy to navigate promenades so could be a great resort to base yourselves in.

There are two other Iberostar adults only hotels in Costa Adeje I’d also recommend looking at:

Iberostar Grand Salome - gorgeous hotel, lovely pools, excellent food, amazing service. The hotel complex goes right down to the seafront.

Iberostar Selection Sabila - smaller hotel complex but still lovely, closer to the beaches but I think a less flat walk.

La Caleta is a quieter resort and doesn’t have a sandy beach. It does have lovely restaurants though and a nice harbour area. Royal Hideaway Corales Beach is a really lovely adults only hotel, very peaceful and relaxing but can walk to gorgeous seafood restaurants.

This is brilliant. Just the recommendations I was looking for! Off to Google right now

Hi.

We stayed at the Hotel RIU Palace in Costa Adeje for our honeymoon in 2018.
It was beautiful, direct access to the promenade and beach.
The promenade was a fairly flat walk to the main resort x

Me, my sister and mum stayed at Melia Jardines del Teide in The Level section of the hotel. It was wonderful. Beautiful served breakfast , tea/coffee, wine/beer, soft drinks and snacks all day and from 5-6pm all alcohol and loads of food. The service was fantastic. Pools were great and a bus to the beach.

I forgot about the RUI Palace! I stayed there too. It's not adult only but it does have a kind of conservative, old school vibe which your parents might like
