Can anyone recommend a hotel in Mexico please

We have just come back from the Riu Palace in Playa del Carmen and would like to go back to Mexico for Easter. Looking for a nice all inc hotel.
Our priorities are lovely beach, good food and some entertainment every night.
If anyone could help I would really appreciate it!

We stayed in the Grand palladium white sands in the Riviera Maya last year, amazing hotel in the best surroundings. Lots to do day and evening and a great sports bar too if that's your thing. There was various entertainment in the different bars most nights and sports etc during the day.

We stayed at Club Med on Cancun Riviera in January and the evening entertainment was great.
its also at the end of the main beach so it’s got a more exclusive feel

Moon Palace. Best place I've stayed in.
