Have cancelled a holiday and re booked. TC sent a letter saying they had tried to contact us by phone on several occasions and the holiday is not cancelled. This is rubbish as I work from home and have an answerphone.

We wrote to confirm we had cancelled but have had no reply. When I phone I hang on listening to music for 20 mins at a time but cannot get through. Anyone else had this problem?

Got through after waiting 50 mins (and this is the fourth time of trying). Cancellation takes 28 days but has been done. Thanks for your reply.
