Can you take Trunki as cabin baggage on Vueling?

Hi all,

lo is desperate to bring Trunki as his suitcase.

it looks as though the Trunki is 1cm too wide for Vueling (as the one that goes in overhead) but wondered if it’s likely to get past the cage or not?

daughter has also spied primark suitcase also 21cm wide instead of 20cm so if anyone knows how much wriggle room there is on Vueling !

we flew Vueling last September and my son had his Trunki as hand luggage, it fit under the seat too.

We flew Vueling last week from Barcelona, there were no checks on bag size. Not to say there might not be from other airports, of course.

How did you get on with this? We want to take Trunki as hand luggage flying Vueling but looks quite a bit over and not sure if we will be charged!
