Hi, if I've only paid a deposit on a holiday with EasyJet, can I cancel it and just lose the deposit or do I have to pay the entire holiday off? Special assistance is included. Can't find out on Google / through EasyJet information. Thanks

Fairly sure you just lose what you’ve paid.

Did you buy online? If so, so distant selling rules come into play?

Thank you - not sure -bought online through EasyJet's site.

looks like package holidays are an exemption.

You just go into your booking, click on my itinerary and go into help centre.

It will depend how close to departure you are and whether you paid a full or low cost deposit. You may be liable for a proportion of full cost depending where you are within the cancellation period. Your insurer may cover any cancellation costs if it is due to circumstances beyond your control and not just you changing your mind,
