Neilson/MW-type holidays in the US?

Are there any AI resorts similar to MW/Neilson in the US (ie beach club with sailing)?? Can be lakes rather than sea. Ideally not too far from west coast but any suggestions welcome.

The Waldorf Astoria Monach Beach has surfing, skimboard and SUP lessons. No sailing though.
