Hi, can I have your romantic night away in the UK recommendations please. Maybe a spa or a nice hotel with a restaurant. Maybe a much loved hot tub. 😆
Thank you!

Tuddenham Mill in Suffolk is lovely. If you want a hot tub you need to boom a Nook room. We had a Mill room which came with a free standing bath in the room. Food was lovely - not too fancy and reasonably priced. We had a light champagne lunch in the outside teepee when we arrived and then an evening meal in the main restaurant. It was lovely.

The Tawny Hotel in Staffordshire. All the rooms have outdoor spa baths and the grounds are gorgeous.

The Scarlet in Cornwall has the best cliff top hot tub.
Gara Rock (Near Salcombe)
Limewood (new Forest)
Burgh Island (Devon - Art Deco hotel, black tie dinners)
Brimstone (Lake District)

That used to be my favourite pub in my teens, 50+ years ago. We went whenever we went home and took my dad for a drink. It was a lovely country pub and it us good to see it is still going strong.

Try Moor Hall in Lancashire, although £700 may be a bit tight for a night and meal. It won the best restaurant award earlier this year. It is in a small village with not much going on, but us close to Liverpool so you can visit there the next day.
