Hi I am just wondering what waterpark is best suited to 7 year old. We are visiting in August. Thanks.

you've written your OP like there’s a choice of water parks and you’re looking for recommendations as to the best one.

@Ash19 we have just come back from Fuengirola. DS is 5 we went to the AquaMijas which was great but the age for the slides varies DS was too young for some 7 is the starting point I'm not sure how old you have to be for the bigger ones. We loved it but it is expensive inside in terms of hiring the sun beds and floats etc. Food and drinks were fairly standard prices. The locals told us this one was the best water park there are two others that are really more inflatables on the sea both called Costawaterpark in different locations. The locals advised us as DS was so young it wasn't suitable. Having had a look I agreed you'd have to see if you felt comfortable putting your DS on I'd say age range is actually 11+ for these ones. Hope that helps.

Hiya thanks for reply. Will have a look at that one. My daughter is 7. Had thought about the ones out at sea alright but might give it a miss if it looks like they are for older kids.

Omg we went to one of them in June with my very sporty 13-year-old who usually absolutely loves these kind of obstacle courses and has been to several in the UK. But they one in Benalmadena is SO DANGEROUS!!!!! It's like a death trap. Almost completely unsupervised very far from the shoreline where the water is very deep and you have to swim there. If you fall off, there are no handles to get back up, so you have to dive under the very heavy huge equipment in the dark to get to the "start" where there are handles to get back up. It was honestly a horrendous experience
