Family resorts with short transfers

can anyone recommend any resorts in Spain/balearics/Portugal - ideally with a less than 1hr (private or coach) transfer time from a major airport.
We went to es Cana in Ibiza last year which was great but looking to try somewhere else. We have a toddler (hence wanting short flight/short transfer!) so looking for places with restaurants/beach but doesn't have to be super lively! I really wanted to try Port de pollensa in Majorca but the transfer time looks so long!

Son Bou Menorca, its about half an hour and a perfect family resort.

Recommend the Royal Son Bou.

We're going Es Cana in a couple of weeks:)

Pine Cliffs, Albufiera.

Second the recommendation for Son Bou, Menorca and the Royal Son Bou family club in particular - less than 30mins from the airport and such a great hotel for young kids. Gorgeous beach with direct access, plus Son Bou has a nice mix of family friendly restaurants / cafes.

We stayed in St Tomas Menorca this year - Seth Mestral apartments hotel. Less than hour transfer, perfect hotel for toddlers. Can also get 2 bed apartments if you didn't want to all be in the same room with living and kitchen areas.

A cab from Palma to port de pollenca is just under an hour.
If you can fly to Reus you can be in Cambrils in 20 minutes
