The english national ballet is putting together an angelina ballerina performance, it does look wonderful. They are touring everywhere so it might be somewhere near you!

would have ti be a whole weekend away!

never mind

newgirl · 25/02/2008 14:09

weve seen that and it was magical

my 5 year old loved it

DarrellRivers · 25/02/2008 14:10

saw this in the paper and was v tempted
DD will be 4.5, do you think she would enjoy it?

newgirl · 25/02/2008 14:49

the programme said it was aimed at 3 to 9 year olds - it is quite short and everyone had kids with them so it was a great introduction to ballet - i think your 4.5 year old would love it!

DarrellRivers · 25/02/2008 14:50

am trying to persuade DH currently
i'm sure it's not his cup of tea
maybe a girly treat for me an dDD

Page62 · 25/02/2008 15:09

i am taking DD (4.5 too) by myself and leaving DH with DS (2 years old) at home - as it is his nap time. But we will all go out as a family in the West End in the morning, have some lunch then he goes home with DS and I go with DD to the 2pm showing.

Maybe your DH can go to a cafe and read the paper. My DH would kill for that.

It is 1 hour and 15 minutes, with an interval in between

I have booked the Buxton opera house for me and dd! dh will be at work but I don't think he'll be too bothered about not coming!! dd will love it though.
