Long weekend in march (with toddler?)

It's my 30th birthday in March and I'd like to go away for a long weekend, with husband and possibly my daughter who will be 16 months old (my mum has offered to babysit but not sure whether I would prefer that or not). I don't need full on winter sun but don't want somewhere colder than the UK, and don't want to go somewhere which would be far better in the summer!

I was thinking of Lisbon but someone said the hills might be awkward with a toddler! Also considering Seville, Madeira, Majorca, Rome and Budapest, but I'm not sure how toddler friendly they would be. Have been to Paris, Venice, Barcelona, Amsterdam and canary islands so probably wouldn't go for those.

Any thoughts on what you would do?

I’d do Vienna. Gorgeous Easter markets and very toddler friendly.

Lisbon does have a lot of hills! But I think it’s a great place and if you’d be happy using the tram network you can avoid quite a lot of the worst of the hills. I’ve seen people using carriers as well with toddlers there which seems to work well.

There’s two Martinhal hotels in Lisbon which are perfect for toddlers and really lovely hotels.

Porto is also really lovely, smaller and much more walkable than Lisbon. Great parks, good public transport, really lovely vibe.
