Oh wise mumsnetters I'm overwhelmed by choice and it paralysing me.

Does anyone have any suggestions of where to look for a family friend villa for 4 adults (us plus the grandparents), a 3 year old and a 5 month old.

Needs to be nearish bars and restaurants but not in a crazy busy town.
Nice and warm but not too hot
Flight time 4 hours max
Villa with pool (I mean if I can find the Destination I can do that part)
Transfers from airport not over 1.5 hours
Maybe a couple of day trips, animals, boat trip, water park, etc

I was looking at corralejo but upon googling "corralejo Mumsnet" as standard I was put off by the lack of things to do/ how much it was talked down.

Does anyone have any suggestions to help me narrow my search?

Thanks!

Estepona or Alcudia

Menorca is lovely and easy to travel around if you hire a car. We stayed in the North of the island as it was the quieter spot. However take a look around Cala'n Bosh as lovely coves, not far from Citadella. Cala Galdana was beautiful but busy when we went there. One road in and out. We stayed in playa de Fornelles - a beautiful unspoilt beach - but a walk up and down steps to get there. Not ideal with a buggy....also no loos.

Puerto Pollensa...Hotel Villa Concha was full of families with small children plus grandparents when we were there a couple of weeks ago!

Crete would be nice and warm in September, perhaps a bit too warm maybe. Somewhere like Rethymno. It’s got quite a lot going on, a lovely well-preserved old town, beaches, boat trips. The transfer is about 1.30 hr. This article gives a good overview of it

Why you should go to Rethymno...

Rethymno in Crete with it's fortress and Venetian harbour is the best preserved medieval town in Greece. Let me show you round this pretty Cretan town.

Thank you @midsomermurderess

I paused the search for a few days as I got holiday hunting burnout. Back on it again now.

I've searched near pollensa but there's not many villas that would suit us sadly as the place itself looks ideal. I might be being too fussy though.
