Hello, we're looking at a cruise early next year from Dubai and it's on MSC Virtuosa. We normally cruise RCL, but we do fancy the Virtuosa as a beautiful ship and the itinerary is perfect.
I've heard mixed things. We would be looking at a balcony, but not in the yacht club. Some people say the service was terrible, others say it's fab. I'm also aware there is a lot of up charges too, much more than other cruise lines.
Any thoughts would be great thanks.
