February half term 2024

Hi, i am new here but hopeing for some half term suggestions.
Was considering Malta for a few days but the yearly carnival falls outside of the half term dates. Cornwall is an option but 5 hours drive from us so will need to do a few stops/maybe stay over on the way and on the drive back.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a few days away, abroad or in the UK. Need to keep two boys ( 6 and 9) busy so looking for somewhere that has activities or sightseeing. Greatfull for any suggestions!!!!

We've had some great holidays in the Feb half term - Edinburgh, Valencia, Malaga, Rome. Cities are good, because there is lots to do, even if the weather is a bit rubbish. They're quiet in Feb too, so no long lines and if you head to Spain or Italy they are much milder and sunnier than the UK.

Centre Parcs (either Uk or abroad)
