How much spending money for a week in Kefalonia?

We don't normally budget much on holiday and end up spending a fortune / feeling guilty about spending a fortune so trying to be a bit more organised this time!

1 week in Kefalonia, 2 adults and 2 kids. half board. Already booked and paid for hire car. We have booked an all inc day boat trip for €190 (need to say for that out of spending money). Otherwise intend to spend days at nice beaches etc. and lunch in a taverna or maybe just snacks some days.

We drink quite a lot but will probably get a bottle of wine from supermarket to drink back at the hotel most evenings rather than drink at the hotel.

Kids have their own spending money for tat.

How much spending money would you take?

I've been to Italy and Croatia this year and noticed a definite increase in the cost of things. I would probably budget £100 a day for food (lunches / snacks/ soft drinks etc) plus another £40 a day for drink / incidentals etc. So perhaps 1000 euro for the week?
Just to give you an idea - I had a pizza and soft drink in a non-touristy area of Italy last month and it was 25 euro. If there's 4 of you it adds up

We are going to Croatia for 7 nights next month. Two adults and two children and I'm budgeting around £1500 but suspect it'll be a bit more than that. We are not half board though so have breakfast and lunch to factor in.

Thanks, we are thinking of going with £1000 as or initial budget, try and stick to that but we can always top up if needs be!
