Hotels for toddlers

Can anyone recommend any specific hotel they have stayed in that would be good to take an almost 3 year old?
We are looking to fly from Stanstead, max 3-4 hour flight and just want a nice easy everything in one place kind of hotel with direct access to a beach.

There are so many places to choose from it’s all a bit overwhelming and I figured that other families must have been away and could possibly help.

Royal Son Bou Menorca is always my no 1 recommendation for families with toddlers. Great set up, ideal for younger kids, beautiful beach. 2hr20 flight from London, short transfer from airport in Menorca.
