Queues at Dover

Given the cost of Eurostar, and the fact that I don't want to fly, I'm thinking of taking the coach.
Does anyone know if the queuing situation has improved? The only stories I can find are from April.

Depends when you want to travel. I would avoid the start of the school holidays.

I live in Dover.
It's the first week of each UK school holiday that's chaos, but it's fine again by the Monday morning.

So you think I'd be OK next Saturday?
