whats the difference between a charter flight and a no frills flight?

a friend and i are going to book to go to ibiza and we have the option of a charter flight, or a no frills flight. whats the difference? the charter flight is £35 cheaper

No-frills are scheduled flights with fixed slots. Charters may get amalgamated or cancelled nearer the time if they aren't full but the no-frills flights will often run anyway. You may get an optional meal on Charter but unlikely on a budget where you get a buffet trolley (like on a train).
