Holiday with teens recommendations

Hi
Can anyone recommend any destinations or resorts that have plenty to do for some older teens.
We're 2 family travelling together with 2x 17yo, 14yo, 12yo and a 10yo old, younger ones will be happy with pool but older kids are looking for football pitches, pool tables etc... Happy for them to be off site but close by.

Can't afford 5* prices so looking at cheaper options Inc self catering or villas but close to town centres.

I'm going round in circles looking at places.

Has anyone been anywhere they would recommend?

This year or next?

because availability for a property that size in the school summer holidays in a great place will be very very limited by now

Sorry should have said July 2024.

Are you sure the older ones are going to want to join in a year’s time? Will they be 17 or 18 then?

We are off to Greece with our 17 & 19 yos this summer. The 19 yo also going on holidays with his mates.

we’ve booked a small hotel w pool near a main bustly town so they can do their own thing if they want to and get back easily.

Last year they brought a friend each. That was fucking hard work; won’t be doing that again!

Why? Considering allowing mine to bring a friend next year!

Mine older 2 are 17 and 19, eldest is currently off travelling around Asia with her boyfriend and is still coming on our family holiday in august! And we have asked if they both wants to come away with us next May half term and have both said definitely 😂
I’m surprised though as I didn’t go on a family holiday beyond the age of about 14!!!
they still love it and we do all get on well and have a good time together, they can come on holiday with us as much as they want to spend time with us (plus we pay!!).
what’s your budget op, we have a James villa this summer for a big joint family holiday (joint with my siblings and mum/stepdad). It was booked about 18 months ago, you should still have plenty of time.

La Carabasse in Vias Plage. Loads for teens and everything within walking distance - beach, town, canal, mini golf, fun fair etc.

Lots of reasons but mainly:
they wanted to be all together all the time but didn’t like doing the same things

more people meant we couldn’t hire a normal sized car or get one to/from airport

it adds a certain nervousness that isn’t there when it’s just your close family so hard to fully relax. Spent ages trying to help them relax but didn’t really work

things like mealtimes and where to eat were endless discussions to make everyone happy

It was just hard work and not relaxing!
