Palma Airport-Pram Recommendations

Hi all,

Flying to Mallorca with our soon to be one year old and wondering what to do for a stroller. Are we better buying one to fit in overhead? Or just check one in at the boarding gate? Our friends recently returned from Alicante airport and they had free strollers to use in the terminal until you picked your own up at baggage claim-does anyone know if Palma has the same?

Do you have any recommendations on the best travel buggy?

It’s a very long walk through palma to baggage collection for strollers. Can you take a light weight sling like a Boba air?

Thanks, I’ve heard this 🙈. I’ll have a look but swaying towards maybe just getting a stroller I can put in overhead lockers just to be on the safe side.

We checked our pram when we flew to Palma and it was fine. We alternated carrying our 16 month old. I wouldn't buy a whole new pram just to avid a 15 minute walk.

The only pram we have is the one we use day to day so would be buying a lighter, cheaper stroller for travelling anyway. Just deciding on whether to go for one that fits in overhead or one to check in.
