Cala ‘n Bosch Menorca

We are taking my 5yo on his first holiday in two weeks to menorca. Hired a car and wondered if there’s anything you’d advise we did if you’ve been?

I haven't been to Cala'n Bosch but I have been going to Menorca for 46 years 😊 I recommend the zoo which is fantastic. You might also enjoy the glass bottomed boat trip from Mahon. There are also a couple of water parks on the island but I forget their names now. One is salt water so watch out for that if it would be an issue.

Binibeca beach is fab with a beach bar and Punta Prima is a lovely little town with a great beach that has rock pools. We've been three times with young children and it's a fab island if you've got a car to get around in.

Fornells is very pretty. No beach but nice walks along the sea, a small playground and the remains of a fort and tower to explore. There is also La Mola which is a huge fortress dating back to the days of the British Navy being based in Menorca.

Amigo's boat trip is good. You will find them in the marina to book if you fancied it

Plenty to do in Cala 'n Bosch, the marina is lovely to walk round, plenty of bars and restaurant around it, as well as boat excursions.
The water park for menorca is a 5 minute walk from the from the marina, , go karting close too, although 5yo might be too young??
the cove (cala) is a lovely beach.
Nice walk to the light house (about 15 munutes) .
Ciutadella is only 15 mins by car or bus and is a beautiful old town (was the capital before Mahon).
Cala n bosch really is beautiful

Plenty in Cala N Bosch for a five year old. My two loved it there at 4 and 6.
