Would you book to stay in a resort, two weeks after it's scheduled to reopen?

After a major refit?

It hasn't opened yet but is taking bookings.

Am I likely to be stepping over builders and listening to construction?

Bad idea?

If you can book free cancellation, pay on arrival you might bag a bargain. However I would have a back up booked in case.
