Has anyone experienced having a complaint about a holiday with Jet2 ? They are advising 28 days for a response and just wondered what your experience with them was like

could you please charge your experience. We just got back from Lanzarote and the hotel was disgusting and riddled with cockroaches

Had an awful holiday in July too. Filed a complaint with them and yet to hear back. It's been 28 days too.
