Anyone who's flown with Vueling recently and can answer a Q on seats?

Hoping someone might be able to answer this Q as not been able to get in touch with Vueling directly.

We're flying with them on 3rd August and just went online to book our seats - to find they've already allocated us some together. Does anyone know if this is likely to change? We were expecting to have to pay to pre-book seats together (travelling with young kids) but if the seats have been allocated and won't change, we don't want to waste the money.

What gate have you booked with? Vueling have a family fare which includes seats and luggage.

We booked a package deal through Tui and paid for luggage - it said we had to select our seats on the Vueling website directly as it's a third party flight - hence my confusion that they've been selected for us so far in advance of the flight!

Have you got your boarding passes? Sounds like you’ve already been allocated them. We are flying with them on the 8th August but I had to select and pay for the seat allocation. Already got my boarding passes.

Thank you- I had no idea we could do boarding passes this early - just logged in and downloaded them so I guess we're all set with those seats. Thanks for the tip!
