Best city break destination with a toddler

We're thinking of going away for a few nights in October with our 18 month old DS, somewhere in Europe.

Does anyone have any recommendations on the best cities with a toddler that time of year?

Maybe Copenhagen, visit Tivoli.

Agree with PP. Everything in Copenhagen is child-friendly.
Another of our best holidays with toddlers was Lisbon - lots of parks and playgrounds, sunny beaches, trams and ferries to ride etc…

Barcelona or Budapest. Maybe Palma or Valencia?
