Private villa with pool plus entertainment/sport for teens?

We want to go somewhere in Europe where we have our own private place and pool (we’ve loved our Villa Plus holidays in Kefalonia and gîtes in France before) but my kids are a bit older now and are keen to make holiday friends. They’ll be 13-15 when we go - has anyone stayed somewhere with sport, water sport maybe, decent teen entertainment in a safe environment where you also can have your own private place? I’d rather a personal recommendation as obviously I can just hunt through the internet but it’s hard to tell. Thanks so much if you know if Thai exists!

This not Thai! Although I’d love to go to Thailand too.

Have a look at Peligoni Club in Zykanthos. Not been myself but know people who have, including people who have been back several years.

@WhyOhWine wow, looks incredible! However all the villas I’ve looked at on the site are a drive away from the entertainment which wouldn’t work for our kids to be independent. The villas are stunning though. Thanks x

I stayed here before and it was lovely: https://www.fortevillageresort.com/villas/. I think it would tick all your boxes and Sardinia is a great island.

At Peligoni i think some of the villas are walking distance from the club area. My friend stayed in a villa which was a fairly short drive away. The DC spend more time at the club area than the parents and would just call the parents when they wanted a lift back, or got a taxi if late. Kids still felt pretty independent. (I asked a lot of questions because i thought it sounded great and was considering it and then covid hit. DC now too old).

@RoachFish bloody hell - that looks incredible. I fear it may be well over budget though! 😬

Aphrodite Hills? Might be more for younger kids though.

Thanks @hopeishere - that’s popped up a lot on my searches and looks more affordable than the others. Will investigate x

la Manga in Murcia would fit the bill.
