Looking at Majorca/menorca for family 4, children will be 1 & 2 at the time of holiday

Looking for a really family friendly place if anyone has any experience and recommend where you stayed?

4* and above
Pool for little ones with slides etc etc
Evening Entertainment
Transfer time max 45 mins

Any suggestions welcome, going round in circles looking
