European villa with childcare

Does anyone have experience of a villa (in Europe) that has it's own pool and also onsite facilities and possible childcare option. It's for for 4 adults and 4 kids.

https://www.martinhal.com/locations/quinta/ - haven't been here exactly but years ago we stayed in a hotel next door and the villas were all part of the same resort. It looks like it's since been separated with the villas owned by Martinhal (I think they have other resorts in Portugal with a similar set up). Anyway - it's a fairly generic, if up market, golf resort but it's close to Faro airport and the beaches are amazing.

Look at Scott Dunn luxury villas- but be warned, it costs a fortune. Scott Dunn does high quality childcare and personal chefs etc (or at least used to).
