Insurance do I need to declare this?

I had a health check in work, my blood pressure was very high. I went to my GP, I was checked, had blood tests (came back normal), I then had to monitor it daily for two weeks.

It was still slightly high and I was told to make lifestyle changes. No medication required and it's now the higher range of normal.

Do I need to declare this on my holiday insurance. It bumps the price up by £10 but happy to pay this if it's safer to declare it. I also don't want huge bills if something should happen as I know they go through your records to check for conditions.

To be safe, yes, I would. £10 extra compared to them not paying out if anything happened is nothing really

For £10 I'd probably just pay it.

If you are not sure, give them a ring and ask them.
