Portugal mid September

Hi everyone

We are looking to book a week in Portugal in mid September.

There will be 10 of us including kids and our baby will be 4 months old.

I was wondering if anyone has been at this time of year? I have never been to Portugal before.

We are looking at Vilamoura.

We don't want night life or anything like that, we will be booking a villa or similar with a pool and bbq.

Any tips or suggestions?

It’s usually still mild even in central Portugal that time of year, usually sunny with a little overcast. There’s a good website that shows average over the seasons but I can’t remember it! I usually go in September and just take t shirts and a cardi.
