I've been on Big Bus tours in other cities, most recently Rome, and it was crap. Huge gaps between buses, waiting up to 45 minutes for a bus and then not everyone could get on as it was full. Ridiculous rule about having to keep and show a paper ticket every time you board, even for multi-day passes - what company can't accept a mobile phone eticket in 2023? Recorded commentary not up to much either.

Be careful of cheap holidays to Turkey. Some resorts have a lot of Turkish tourists which has pushed up the price of eating out hugely, on top of the col crises that Turkey is also facing. Do your research before booking.
