Post A-Level group holiday for DD and her mates? Not Kavos/Melissa etc.

Any ideas for a group holiday for DD (and her 14 mates....) after their A Levels? They would like to go abroad, no car, no tent camping, small budget. They would like to avoid Malia/ Kavos etc if possible. Everywhere seems to be 21+ ( who can blame them!).

Ibiza could work, if they stay away from San Antonio! There are some much nicer resorts. Ibiza town itself is great to wander round and has nice bars. If they want to they can experience some of the more famous nightlife too.
