Just do and I for a wwwl at the beginning of June.

chilled, sunshine, food, wine answering about. Had decided on Old Town but there’s some more chilled, nicer hotels in Lindos?

Thanks

Depends what you want, really. Old town isn't a resort; it's a maze. London is a lot smaller.

Oops: Lindos is a lot smaller!

Lindos

Would always pick Lindos over Rhodes Town and you can always get the bus in for the day and have a wander about.
Have a look at the area at the top of the hill just outside Lindos - Krana. It’s walking distance in for meals at night or to go to the beach. There are loads of apartments with pools which you don’t get in Lindos itself. We’ve stayed in Lindos View a couple of times.
Beware of big hotels saying they’re in Lindos as they might be in Lindos Bay next door. It’s another possibility but a taxi ride into Lindos itself.

Lindos for sure

Thanks Lindos does seem
more “us”

Lindos is beautiful, however we found it to be crazy busy due to the boatloads and coachloads of daytrippers that visit every day, which kind of ruined it for us.

Both have nice places to eat and drink out.

If chilling by the beach and pool is more important pick Lindos

If exploring is more important pick Rhodes old Town

Or how about do both? create your own holiday split between the two. The taxi transfer does not take long.
