Rain & storms in Torremolinos- kids activities advice please!

We're out here until Tuesday in a hotel with pretty much nothing to do indoors and a very active 2 year old and 4 year old. It's rained today and that's likely to continue.

Bit disappointing but it is what it is!

We could really, really, really use some advice on what to do with the kids though. Happy to get taxis or whatever. Google is giving me lots of ideas for outdoor activities.

Fingers crossed someone can help us out!

The Torremolinos/benalmadena boards on TripAdvisor might be a better source if ideas. As far as I remember they usually recommend getting the train a few stops back towards Malaga. I think there is a station called Plaza Mayor which is hy a shooping centre with cinema and I think soft play. Not wildly exciting but as you say, it's tricky in the rain. There are also the caves in Nerja but it's tricky to get there without a car. Fingers crossed the weather improves!

There's an aquarium in belamedena, 5 minutes in a taxi.

Yes to feungirola zoo (bio park) and the aquarium in Benalmadena port.

There is also the train that runs right from feungirola to Malaga. I'd get on it and do a trip to Malaga, get some lunch and wander round the port and catch it home. Done this many a time with ds!
In fact we use the train to travel all around that area when we go (we stay in Torreblanca)

Do they like walking around and just exploring? There's the botanical gardens and also the battery park.

There's also a crocodile park nearby.

There's a bitterly park somewhere nearby but we've never visited that but I'm sure google will fill you in!

In benealmadena theres also a cable car you can ride on but that may be weather dependent and also if the visibility is poor possibly not ideal on a rainy day!
