My DP and I are travelling to Croatia next week. We're stying in the Vodice region.

Im looking for suggestions on restaurants and activities from any of you MN users who have been there.

We will have a car hire.

Head north to Plitvice lakes/national park. It's probably a couple of hours drive but well worth it. Beautiful place - boardwalks over and round lakes, pretty woodlands.

Drive to the Paklenica National Park (about an hour) and do this hike up Mala Paklenica and back via Velika Paklenica Mala Paklenica - Velika Paklenica on AllTrails

If its hot, set off early and take plenty of water. Paths are marked with red and white flashes but ideally you'd have a map as well as AllTrails on phone
