hi!

just wondered if i will have to take a cot with me (dd2 will be 7 mths) or can i get it there? and is the supermarket expensive? and why do you need to have a minimum of 5 for the 3-bedroomed homes? i would love to have 3 bedrooms so dd's can have one each, like at home but it looks like they will have to share or we will have to sleep in the lounge bits.

we are on the verge of booking!

Generally you can hire cots there but I would make enquiries as to what make they are as you might prefer to take your own travel cot plus you would need to find out the cost and whether linen is supplied. You can book accommodation that sleeps more than your actual party but you would have to pay an underoccupancy supplement. So, if there are 3 paying passengers (babies dont count as they are a nominal charge) and they say you need a minimum of 5 then you would be looking at paying an underoccupancy supplement for the 2 empty beds. It would be worth checking out how much it is to get the extra space you need. As for the supermarkets, there is one 5 minutes walk from the campsite which is open daily (doesnt shut for a siesta) as is reasonably priced although I have to say I dont think Spain now it has converted to the Euro is as cheap as it once was. Also, on the main road into the resort and about 2 miles from the campsite are some large hypermarkets (including Lidl) which would be cheaper still. Let me know how you get on and dont hesitate to contact me if you need any more info.

thanks trifle! i just cant be arsed humping a travel cot all the way to spain. it doesnt mention them in the brochure. will ask about the supplement charges, would just be more comfy if dd's had a room each (they would defo wake each other up) but i would kip in the lounge bit if had to (then we can watch telly in bed i suppose (oh the luxury!)

it does mention linen hire, will be having that.

thanks for your help. may have more questions later! xxx
