Family holiday to Portugal in a couple of weeks.2adults 2teens.
Flying Jet2.
Pre-booked seats 2+2.
Thought I'd booked the two window seats for dc however turns out I'm in a window seat and ds will be next to me (and whoever sits on the third seat).
When we board as a family of 4 can we switch seats between us?

Download programmes on iPad etc and do not forget over the ear headphones for the DC and you.

@HappiDaze why? DS doesn't have an IPad (nor do I for that matter) , nor headphones. We take books, colouring etc when we travel

They're teens

We take books and magazines too like normal functioning families who also like to watch downloaded items on iPads or phones etc for whenever they feel like it

We also talk to each other and play Uno etc

And we're not patronising or condescending to others

Unless our hand is forced

How judgy are some comments about what people do on an aeroplane. I bet most of you wouldn't say these comments in person to a friend!

Take colouring for the teens 🤣🤣

It's a good tip to download stuff to the iPad, many first time fliers won't realise that they should do this on WiFi at home so they can access content while they are on the plane and abroad.

I've had more than one person asking me how we were accessing Netflix and iPlayer on holiday. Well, that's how.
