Recommend an easy 3/4 day cycling holiday in July

DH likes to cycle. Has had to cut down on the mountains for a while because of an injury.
I very rarely cycle anywhere but do a bit of running so am not totally unfit.
I asked DH what he would like to do for his 50th hoping he would say a trip to an exotic island but no he wants to do a short cycling break with me.
So can someone please recommend a short 3 or 4 day easy cycling holiday with a nice company who will provide me with an E bike.
Preferably flat, along a canal or river maybe or through some vineyards with some wine tasting.
It needs to be July or early August near his birthday.

I'd love to do Vienna to Budapest along the Danube. Flat but probably too long.

That’s the only cycling I have already done. But yes something exactly like that but with sunshine and wine.
Though to be fair it was very sunny when I did the Westport Greenway but that is quite unusual.
