I hate my underarms and thighs and we are due to go in a holiday soon
It will be with another couple who are friends
I need swim wear that covers shoulders and underarms and thighs
My boobs are also a problem area
Where can I buy a tankini or similar that will cover my problem areas

I would maybe look at modest swimwear designed for Muslim women? That will probably cover your bases. If you're in the North West you might be able to buy it in a shop somewhere but you can definitely get it online.
