Menorca family beach hotel

Menorca has been recommended to us for a quiet family holiday with their young children. Can anyone recommend a hotel on the beach please?

We stayed at the Occidental Menorca with our 1 year old and it was brill. Very family friendly, quiet at night and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

A five minute walk with two young children in the heat and all our stuff will be much longer I think! Are there any hotels on the beach?

Cala Galdana has 2 hotels virtually on the beach. One actually is, the Melia. The Cala Galdana hotel is about a 2 minute walk. If that. Been 3 times and I love it.

I would second Cala Galdana such a gorgeous place although we’ve only ever visited for day trips.

we have stayed in Cala’n Forcat twice when the children were younger. Globules Almirante Farrangut is right on a small cove with a beach. This might suit you better as it’s more contained for little ones than a huge open beach. Depends if you have runners like we did! 🙈
