We are travelling from Edinburgh to Reus for a weeks holiday in Spain tomorrow morning and have received the following message -
We wanted to let you know that Ground Handling strike action is taking place tomorrow supported by the Swissport Ground Handling Service. This means there will not be as many members of staff available at the Airport. There may also be an extended wait to disembark the aircraft and an increased wait time at baggage reclaim, we will keep you updated if this is the case and will make you as comfortable as possible during this time. now panicking as we have a 6 year old and 6 month old and don’t want to be stuck on an aeroplane for god knows how long sweating away trying to entertain them!
anyone been recently and been affected by these? Any experiences specifically to Reus would be a bonus, thanks!
