Caribbean for vegetarian

Currently overwhelmed looking for a Caribbean holiday for my 50th birthday and wondered if anyone had any recommendations.

Ideally I would like a room with it's own plunge pool but open to other suggestions. Do want to be either adult only or a separate section for adults (am leaving my children at home so looking forward to the break).

We are both vegetarians (and one hates cheese) so have been looking at the all inclusive resorts but am worried that there will be very little choice to eat? I then started looking for somewhere that was within easy reach of a town to provide restaurant choices but couldn't find anywhere which seemed to have a good choice of veggie options.

Does anyone have any recommendations that they think would fit the bill?
Thanks

I would say Jamaica. The Rastafarian diet is mostly vegan, so you wouldn't have a problem finding vegetarian options there.

I don't have any recommendations unfortunately but I shouldn't have thought it would be a problem finding food. Rastafarians are vegetarian (one I knew in Negril didn't even feed his cat meat ☹️) and from what I can remember about my trips to Jamaica, there were plenty of vegetarian options in the hotels. I could quite happily just eat rice n peas with callaloo every day though.
