Really should have booked a summer holiday for this year, last year, prices are crazy, I'm desperate for a sunny holiday, kids are excited. As I have summers off so can be flexible on dates and DH is fairly flexible we could possibly do something fairly last minute, not quite turn up at the airport with suitcases and see what's available but we'd only need a few days warning.
Are we likely to get a deal doing it this way or should I just suck it up and pay the inflated prices now? We've got 3 kids so not quite as easy to get a suitable rooms. Dh will only consider packages despite us regularly have done it all separately pre-dc.
I have organised myself and booked next year's so as not to be in this situation again.
