Help pls- Stansted parking

I'm a very inexperienced flyer and am flying from Stansted on my own in a couple of weeks. I booked car parking through ryan air and when I received the parking confirmation email it says arrival time exactly 2 hours before the flight. But I wanted to be a bit earlier as need to find a parking space and find the way to the terminal (blue zone if that's any help).

Does anyone know if it's ok to get to the barrier say 30 mins earlier or would it not let me in? I'm an over thinker and anything to help lessen the stress 😂

As far as I know, a short stay booking at Stansted is based more on precise arrival & departure days, rather than exact arrival & departure times.
I believe you have about 5 or 6 hours on returning to leave the car park before overstay charges start, so I can't imagine arriving a little earlier than planned will cause an issue. The barrier should lift on arrival, having recognised your number plate. The ticket given at the barrier will be used on exiting. I hope it's straightforward for you.

PS parking is straightforward - all the coloured zones run along the same road adjacent to the terminal building (I think yours is last) and it's well signposted.

In my experience you will be fine arriving 30 minutes earlier.
If you are in short stay then at the max it is only a 15 minute walk to the terminal so you should have plenty of time if planning your arrival 2.5 hours prior to your flight time.
