As it says on the title. Looking for a pretty central hotel in Boston for a four night stay in August. Any recommendations gratefully received as I'm struggling to pick an area.

We stayed in the Hyatt Regency downtown. Great location, we were able to walk to most places and they had a really nice breakfast.
We had a drink in the Omni Parker House hotel one night and that also looked really nice.

Just a word of warning , we had a nightmare finding a hotel in Boston and ended up paying more than the NYC hotel. Seems ridiculously expensive this yr

this,

i ended up staying at the hampton inn at the seaport district as it was much cheaper, only about a 20min walk to south station and beside bus routes

We stayed in Irving House Hotel in Harvard. Great breakfasts and parking. V friendly and full of families of teens doing Uni visit tours.

The Lenox is awesome. Great service and smells gorgeous (😍). Very expensive though.
They have a sister hotel nearby which is a little more modest but wonderful. Will try and remember the name.
I fell a little in love with the general manager. ❤️

Loved Boston Yacht Haven - huge rooms and walking distance to North end. Boston Harbour hotel is stunning if you have the cash to splash.

That's for all the recommendations. Ended up booking the Westin Seaport
