21st birthday location

hi all. its my sons 21st in may. looking to go somewhere in Europe, nice beaches, 5* hotel preferably.
not looking for ayia napa/magaluf vibes. needs to be somewhere with a bit of class!
+20c degrees preferably.
there will be a small group, plus me and dsis will be joining them. around 6 in total
suggestions of locations very appreciated !

just to add - needs to be a hotel. not interested in apartments or self catering

If I had the budget for a five star hotel somewhere ‘classy’ in Europe, I’d go to Paris, Florence, perhaps Barcelona, Copenhagen, Santorini,Sorrento, Dubrovnik- depends what they are into really? Do they want classy clubs (in which case Berlin might be fun, or classy culture and food?) - wild card because it’s not Europe but as your budget must be massive, how about New York?

At 21 he would probably prefer magaluf

@TheEverdelightfulsamantha thank you :) Italy is sounding good so far! they want beaches. Italy also is a short flight so easier.
not all of them are 21, and they want sun and beach clubs so New York out of the picture. we didn't think about Florence so will look into that!

Montenegro is beautiful. Don't forget it's drink 25 in som places in Europe if they are looking to drink in the Hotel check the policy
